"The Flash" Season 3 left a major cliffhanger with Savitar's grim prophecy. As it seems, the one who shall fall will be Iris West (Candice Patton) as suggested in the promo revealed for the show's 10th episode. For fans who have not seen the teaser, check out more details below.

Though it is not confirmed whether Savitar was actually referring to Iris as the one who shall fall, the new promo for the hit superhero series revealed that the only daughter of Joe West (Jesse L. Martin) might die soon. For this reason, Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) seems to be gearing up for another time travel to stop the supervillain from killing his first love in five months from the present, TV Line reported. As teased in the promo, Barry swore that he will protect Iris from Savitar, her future murderer.

That said, Barry will ask the help of Team Flash to alter the future to save Iris. Apparently, Central City's fastest hero will not use his speed to travel this time as Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes) suggested that he will have to vibe Barry into the future. Will the new time travel method lessen the aberrations in the timeline?

Barry proposed that the way to prevent Iris' death is to figure out all the events that may lead to the murder. He theorized that changing a single event may save his beloved. It remains to be seen how Flash can stop an imminent death especially if it will be executed by the newest and darkest villain so far, Savitar.

Meanwhile, the new promo for "The Flash" Season 3 also revealed Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) who seems to be struggling with her powers again. Even if Caitlin is trying her best to forget about her icy cold metahuman powers, it will always be part of her. Will fans see more of Killer Frost in 2017?
