Just after a few days of releasing Karma Drone, GoPro has issued a recall order of its brand new GoPro karma. Karma Drone is the first drone from this company. GoPro has sold approximately 2,500 Karma Drones till now.

It has only been two weeks since the Drone launch and now the company is recalling the Drone due to an issue. It reports that few Drones lose power during operation for an unknown reason. The number of reports related to the matter has not revealed yet. The company stated that they would sell the Karma again as soon the issues have resolved.

GoPro CEO and founder Nicholas Woodman stated that the company is working with the both U.S Consumer product Safety Commission and Federal Aviation Administration. He further said that "We are sorry for the inconvenience that our customers face, and we are taking every possible step to make the return and refund procedure as easy as possible." Safety is our priority, said the CEO.

The Process To Return The Drone

The company said that the customers could return the Drone through online support or via Hotline number. It is also important to inform that the customer who is returning the Drone will get their money refund. There is no information for Drone replacement yet.

The company said that they would start selling the Drone, once the issue will resolve.
