There is one more week to wait until "The Walking Dead" Season 7 mid-season premiere, and it looks like the series is set for a major display of Negan's absolute power. There is little doubt that the back half of "The Walking Dead" Season 7 will show more of what Negan is capable of. The villain's powers played a large role in a recent extended clip for the seventh season. But will Negan attempt to break Rick down once again by killing another member of his group? Sonequa Martin-Green has just spoken up about the possibility that Sasha will be next to go after the premiere of "Rock on the Road".

It's no secret that Sonequa Martin-Green will be moving to another TV series in the next year. The star of "The Walking Dead" Season 7 is set to take on the lead role in "Star Trek: Discovery", leading to speculations that Sasha will need to be killed off really soon. Martin-Green has just admitted that she is ready for whatever will happen to her beloved character.

Sonequa Martin-Green revealed to Entertainment Weekly that she is prepared for the future and that her character has "never taken her eye off of Negan." The upcoming "Star Wars Discovery" star stated that she understands "what needs to be done" and teased on being "ready" for "a plan that will come together." Some believe that Martin-Green is talking about how the villain will kill Sasha after "The Walking Dead" Season 7 Episode 9.

Sasha's future may have also been hinted on in the extended preview for "The Walking Dead" Season 7 as well as a shorter promo for the second half of the returning series. The teaser only shows a glimpse of Sonequa Martin-Green's character crying as she possibly faces Negan. "Rock on the Road" will premiere on AMC on February 12.
