"Rick & Morty" season 3 has confused fans over and over as it missed another speculated date of release. While the exact date of the Adult Swim series remains unknown, speculations are now pointing to a March premiere.

"Rick & Morty" season 3 missed its December deadline and January 9 -- another date speculated by many fans. It was earlier reported that the hit Adult Swim series was supposed to be released on January 9, as evidence in the IMDB listing. Co-creator Justin Roiland took to Twitter to debunk the rumors and stated that the series won't be released this month. However, the co-creator failed to reveal the exact release date. Now, latest reports say that the series will be released sometime in March instead.

"Rick & Morty" season 3 is now rumored to hit the small screens on March, Tripped Media reported. While this hasn't been confirmed by Adult Swim or the creators, two sneak previews have been released already. However, it's still a sound advice to wait for further announcements from the network or series creators. It should also be noted that a lot of pressure is placed on the creators for "Rick & Morty" season 3.

Co-creator Dan Harmon pointed out that there's a great challenge in producing "Rick & Morty" season 3 after the enormous success of its first and second season. The creators are now pressured to create another season that will continue to hook viewers. While this could mean that there's still tons of things to finish in season 3, fans could take comfort from the fact that the script is already done.

"Rick & Morty" season 3 will continue the adventures of the two titular characters, answering fans' burning questions on how Rick could escape space prison.
