"Vikings" season 4 has a coming war ahead following the death of Ragnar. What could be in store in the forthcoming episodes as Bjorn, Ivar, Ubbe, Sigurd and Hvisterk set for a war against the Saxon kings?

"Vikings" season 4 will be preparing a war against the Saxon kings Aelle and Ecbert, according to Mashable. Following the death of the famous father, Ragnar's (Travis Fimmel) sons are ready to avenge his death in the coming episodes. As such, Ivar (Alex Gogh) and Ubbe (Jordan Smith) are also coming after Lagertha's (Katheryn Winnick) blood after she murdered their mother Aslaug (Alyssa Sutherland) to get the throne as the ruler of Kattegat.

In fact, Ubbe was seen counseling patience to his brothers and provoking Lagertha in "Vikings" season 4, AV Club added. Fans saw him maneuver his way into Lagertha to form the army they need however, it appears that the new ruler is way ahead of her enemies. Lagertha knew of Ubbe's plans and countered his threats with cutting words. While everyone was expecting another major death coming, Bjorn turned up and stopped the brothers from making their revenge.

The death of Ragnar in "Vikings" season 4 will certainly affect everyone: from his sons to his ex-wife, his former friend Floki and enemy-turned-ally Ecbert. Ecbert particularly was changed with Ragnar's death. This is evident in the way he advises Athelstan's son how to rule. Now it remains to be seen how Lagertha will protect her kingdom against Ragnar's sons. More so, how could Ragnar's sons exact revenge against King Aelle and Ecbert?
