"The 100" season 4 released an extended trailer this week, giving fans a rare glimpse on how the world ends with the nuclear apocalypse. The teaser trailer also sees Clark being made as a target, yet again, by the Grounders.

"The 100" season 4 extended promo sets another target on Clarke (Eliza Taylor) for the Grounders to fight over, Screencrush noted. The new teaser trailer sees Clark and her friends struggle on how to move on after the devastating nuclear apocalypse. It also shifted its focus to the Grounders and Ark survivors with Clarke warning them of total extinction after the impending nuclear apocalypse. However, the extender trailer seemed to be more positive compared to the previous one released last year.

"The 100" season 4 also showed a lot of new scenes including a fun moment of cheerfulness between Jasper (Devon Bostick) and Monty (Christopher Larkin) in a shower. While the new trailer still has the foreboding atmosphere, it's a little less dark than the first one though still packed with a lot of action and screaming. The series will also see Adina Porter's Indra and Nadia Hilker's Luna with Chair Romruen as Ilian. The upcoming season will also see more from the Glowing Forest Can, Ice Nation and Shallow Valley Clans.

It is expected that more will be revealed as "The 100" season 4 approaches premiere. The forthcoming season will start off right off where the season 3 ended, Blastr added. To recall, Clarke managed to kill A.L.I.E. (Erica Cerra), the evil A.I., who revealed how the Earth will experience another disaster. This impending apocalypse will possibly wipe out all of humanity with global radiation swinging at full force. It was revealed that more than 90% of the planet's surface will be uninhabitable in just less than six months. As such, expect some nasty deaths in the upcoming season.

"The 100" season 4 will premiere on February 1 on The CW. Subscribe to know more updates about your favorite shows! Check out the extended promo below.
