Surface Dial Expected in Microsoft Surface Pro 5; Release in April or October [VIDEO]

Reports are rife that Microsoft Surface Pro 5 may come with Surface Dial. It is expected to release either in April or October.

Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is rumored to have numerous improved features compared to its predecessor, the Surface Pro 4. The new Surface Pro 5 will get an Enhanced Surface Pen as well. A rechargeable Surface Pen and exciting new Keyboard base are to be part of the new Surface Pro 5.

Furthermore, the upcoming device will feature Ultra HD or 4K displays, the device will come with a SUB Type-C support, and the battery will be very powerful, according to PC Advisor.  The body of Microsoft Surface Pro 5 will also get enhanced as it will come with an aluminum body and a 12.3-inch display.

On the other hand, there are still conflicting reports when it comes to the processor of the Surface Pro 5. A few rumors claim that the new Surface Pro may run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 635 processor while other suggest the Intel Kaby Lake, according to Droid Report. .

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 635 processor would play a huge role in extending the device's battery life. For the Surface Pro 5, the most logical solution would be to have the Intel Core chipset, which has been enhanced to boost performance and reduce battery consumption. 

Other Surface Pro 5 specs include 16GB RAM and have an internal storage of 512GB. It will also come with the latest Windows Update. 

Regarding the release date of Microsoft Surface Pro 5, there is no confirmation as yet from the company. During the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, consumers had anticipated a Surface Pro upgrade, but they were disappointed.

Microsoft has been quite on the issue concerning the Surface Pro 5. If the Surface Pro is not launched in Spring, then it is likely going to be announced during October. Its predecessor the Surface Pro 4 was launched in the Oct. 2015.
