It may well be the last season for Piper Chapman in "Orange is the New Black" according to the numerous spoilers, as she may face her demise.

"Orange Is The New Black" Season 4 left many viewers with burning questions. Reports suggest that the season will continue exactly from where it left off in the last episode of season four. Also, all new 13 episodes of Season 5 will be released within a three-day time frame.

In the finale episode of "Orange Is The New Black" Season 4, a huge riot had started and all the guards were on their knees with Daya pointing a gun straight at Officer Humphrey's head (role played by Michael Torpey). The riot was as a result of an inmate Poussey Washington's death along with the overcrowding of inmates within the prison, according to Den of Geek.

It seems that this is just the beginning and emotions will get high as the fans can expect to see more dead bodies. The main question viewers are waiting to get an answer is whether Daya shot Officer Humphrey fatally or not.

A released teaser video suggests a defiance and resistance is cropping up among the prisoners. Also, since Pooussey was found dead at the hands of a white guard,  there are high stakes that a racial angle will be thrown into the chaos in Litchfield prison.

One of the actors (Taystee) revealed that the death of the inmate would have an effect on many prisoners in the upcoming series. Taystee has nothing to lose sine her best friend is now dead; now it is time for her and another prisoner to fight back.

Also, rumors have been going around that "Orange Is The New Black" Season 5 will be the last season for Chapman, as she may be killed in the riots, according to iDigital Times. After the death of one of their friends, it seems that no one is safe within the prison walls. The new season is also said to provide a little bit more history on Black Cindy (role played by Adrienne C Moore) where viewers will have a chance to learn why she ended up in prison.

Meanwhile, the performers of the epic drama "Orange Is The New Black" recently won their third consecutive SAG award for their epic and unique performances. "Orange Is The New Black" Season 5 is set to be released on June 9 on Netflix.
