"24:Legacy" Spoilers indicate that Tony Almeida may have a secret mission with Sidra as the two of them steal glances at each other.

Other "24:Legacy" spoilers indicate that Almeida has had a past with Rebacca, even though the latter has recruited the former to conduct a thorough investigation on Henry Donovan, according to Entertainment Weekly. CTU lets Donovan walk free so that Almedia can keep tabs on his movements, according to TV Line.

The main character is based on the life of a war hero, Eric Carter, whose role is played by Corey Hawkins. This "24:Legacy" spin-off series is quite similar to the original "24" Series, which had eight successful seasons.

The new "24: Legacy" has a fresh set of the cast. One of the prominent actors of the original 24, was Jane Smart. Jane Smart recently reported that she would not mind playing her same role in the new spinoff series.

Smart currently has a role in the X-men spinoff series "Legion." She stars as Melanie Bird. Also, she is a three-time Emmy-award winner. She won an Emmy for her role in "24" Season five, where she played the role of First Lady Martha Logan.

Smart was recently asked whether she would not mind going back to the screen once more in the new "24: Legacy" series. Smart replied with a firm answer that she would take the chance of being back in the new series, and if she did, then the fans should expect seen her in a straightjacket, talking Russian or something. In the sixth season of 24, Smart made a surprise return as Logan.

"24: Legacy" might still not have Jack Bauer, but it still has the same amount of suspense and action. There are chances that other characters from the classic hit may return in the new spinoff series in the upcoming episodes.
