'Mr. Robot' Spoilers Tease Entry Of c In Highly-Anticipated Season 3

"Mr. Robot" will return for its third season later this year. Meanwhile, actor Bobby Cannavale is the latest addition to the cast of this show.

Cast Update For "Mr. Robot" Season 3

"Mr. Robot" Season 3 will include new actors for their latest episodes. Bobby Cannavale, who is known for his role in "Broadwalk Empire" will be seen portraying the character of Irving in season 3.

Incidentally, Irving is a no-nonsense salesman of used cars, The Independent reported. Showrunner Sam Esmail is expected to direct all = 10 episodes of season 3, as with season 2. Moreover, BD Wong will now be a regular in the series. So, fans can see more of the transgender leader of the hacking group that is of Chinese origin.

Wong plays a character called Whiterose, who leads a hacker organization called Dark Army. According to the Chief Content Officer for NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment, Jeff Wachtel, "Adding Bobby Cannavale and BD Wong to our cast makes one of the tightest acting ensembles even stronger."

All the major actors will return for the upcoming season. Viewers will see Emmy award-winning actor Rami Malek as Elliot Anderson, while Christian Slater will reprise the role of Mr. Robot in season 3.

"Mr. Robot" Season 3 Premiere Date

Fans will remember that season 2 ended in a stiff cliffhanger. It is expected that the new season will explore the motivation of each character, as well as the disintegration between Mr. Robot and Elliot.

Season 2 wrapped up about six months ago, leaving several questions unanswered, Digital Spy mentioned. So, fans of the series would not like to miss the new season. The good news is that the premiere date of season 3 is now known.

The premiere date of "Mr. Robot" Season 3 is still some months away. In the United States, the new season is expected to premiere in Oct. this year.
