The official premiere date for "Mr. Robot" Season 3 is yet to be announced but Sam Esmail, the show creator dropped some hints on how the upcoming episodes will look like. Get to know if the love story between Elliot Anderson and Angela get more intense in season 3.

"Mr. Robot" Season 3 Creator Teases Intense Romance

It is possible that season 3 will have major focus on Angela (Portia Doubleday) and Elliot Anderson's (Rami Malek) love story. In season 2, it appeared that Angela had changed her mind.

She switched alliances by joining Whiterose's (BD Wong) team after speaking to the latter for a short while. But the content of their conversation remained unknown to others. Esmail elaborated that "Mr. Robot" reflects the tales of all such people who have been frantically struggling to connect with others. Angela and Elliot have been close friends since their childhood days.

They have been a pillar of strength during each other's tough times. This was particularly true when Angela had a difficult phase in her life as she handled her boyfriend Ollie's (Ben Rappaport) betrayal, who cheated on her.

But, apart from the relationship status of Elliot and Angela, season 3 may have other interesting story lines to focus on. Before the previous season ended, viewers learnt that Tyrell Wellick (Martin Wallstrom) was not dead. The new season could showcase if Elliot will pardon him for shooting him.

Esmail told Variety, "The interesting thing about Tyrell and Elliot is that they have this bond, this connection." Malek's role in the series has earned him the laurel of winning his maiden Emmy in the category of the outstanding lead actor in a drama series.

Meanwhile, Christian Post reported that Esmail had previously hinted at the possibility of an impasse between Edward and Elliot. It has been a long journey for the hacker, especially after how his mental condition had caused havoc as a person. The creator said that the identity disorder, which Elliot went through, could have broken anyone else.

The official release date for "Mr. Robot" Season 3 is expected to be revealed in the coming days.
