However, the eager customers can still secure a unit elsewhere if they would be diligent in hunting. The only chance they could buy the platform now is through third-party sellers, like Amazon, eBay and CEX, according to Daily Express. But this comes with a higher price as a unit of Nintendo Classic Mini NES could go up to £150 or $184.

This might be the only way that the retro gamers could have the game console, but the good news is average eBay, Amazon and CEX sellers now dropped their prices after Christmas. In fact, it can now be bought for £115 or $141 on Amazon with a maximum price of £132 or $162. Furthermore, Nintendo Classic Mini NES price on CEX is now £130 or $159 from £145 or $177. It is also being auctioned on eBay and the bid can go less than £80 or $98.

The catch is the goods delivery takes a little while, thus it is much better if interested buyers should wait for Nintendo to restock. Meanwhile, it is very evident that Nintendo Classic Mini NES is being opted by a lot of fans. But, according to reports, it is not yet outselling bigger game consoles like PlayStation 4 Slim or Xbox One S, even though it is the biggest seller of 2016 on Amazon.

According to the online merchant, the retro gaming console is one of the Amazon's Most Wished For items. In fact, it has topped the sales of PlayStation 4 Slim Uncharted 4 bundle, "Final Fantasy 15," "Pokemon Sun and Moon," "The Last Guardian" and "Skyrim Special Edition." Now the game enthusiasts don't have to worry as Nintendo recently announced that they are working hard to cater the consumers' demand for Nintendo Classic Mini NES.
