"The Originals" Season 4 is airing next year and fans still need to wait for three more months to see the comeback of the Mikaelsons on The CW. Luckily for fans, actor Joseph Morgan who gives life to the character of Klaus, one of the fan-favorite vampires in New Orleans, left a sweet holiday message for everyone. Morgan took to his official Instagram to greet fans with a "ho ho ho" as Season 4 of "The Vampire Diaries" spin-off wrapped up.

With her on-screen daughter Summer Fontana who portrays the role of Hope, Morgan created a video which he posted on Instagram a week ago. In the said post, Fontana revealed that they were on the last day of "The Originals" Season 4 filming. This confirmed that the spinoff of "The Vampire Diaries" is now completed.

Happy Holidays from @summerfontana1 and me ;)

However, what's interesting in the video is how Morgan had to shift his character from a vicious vampire to a Santa Claus. The young actress asked her on-screen father to introduce himself as Santa Claus which rhymes with his name on the show, Klaus. The girl also asked the actor to say "ho ho ho" but Morgan cannot seem to say it the way the usual Santa Claus does.

This is not the first time that both "The Originals" stars were seen together on the actor's Instagram. Two months ago, they created a funny video with Morgan teaching Fontana how to do a vampire face. The clip ended with the latter wearing a mask of actor Daniel Gillies face which terrified Morgan.

Meanwhile, for fans who are up for some spoilers of the upcoming Season 4 of "The Originals," a report by Counsel & Heal claimed that Hope's parents will focus on how to protect her. As it seems, her mother Hayley will team up with Klaus in order to ensure her safety. As reported by TV Line, Showrunner Michael Narducci implied that fans will see more on how the former couple raises Hope on "The Originals" Season 4.

I'm educating @summerfontana1 in the art of making the perfect vampire face. Enjoy ;) A video posted by Joseph Morgan (@therealjosephmorgan) on Oct 21, 2016 at 2:43pm PDT

"The Originals" Season 4 won't be back until March 17. In the meantime, enjoy the official trailer of "The Vampire Diaries" spinoff below. Also, we would love to know your thoughts about Morgan and Fontana's Instagram video so drop us a comment below.
