iOS 10.2 Problems Users May Not Know About; Check Out The Possible Solution Here

iOS 10.2 has been rolled out last week and users are seemingly unhappy with what Apple had delivered in the new update. Reportedly, the latest iOS platform brought several security fixes but it also caused a decline in battery life. Fortunately, the Cupertino-based company is now working on a beta version of iOS 10.2.1 that may hopefully solve the problems.

As per a report by BGR, a less serious issue that may have been caused by the new Apple update is the constant booting of the device. It was also noted that there were users who complained about not being able to connect to iTunes and uninstall apps. Even unlocking the device using the Touch ID was also assumed to be made difficult by the iOS 10.2 update.

However, the issues mentioned above were not confirmed to be caused by the Apple upgrade. Such problems were limited and can be presumed to be isolated cases. But the most significant concern brought by iOS 10.2 is what users call the "30 percent bug."

The bug is suggested to cause Apple gadgets to turn off automatically when the battery hits 30 percent battery low. Apple acknowledged the existence of the bug but the company claimed that it only affected a small number of iPhone 6S owners, in contrary to an increasing number of devices being affected as reported by Forbes. Fortunately for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus owners, the bug did not make an impact on such devices.

Meanwhile, the same report by Forbes revealed that iOS 10.2.1 is now in beta testing and testers revealed that the "30 percent bug" is improving. This reportedly gives hope to iOS 10.2 users as there are no longer options to revert back to the previous iOS version even if the device is affected by the bug. As it seems, Apple is doing what it can to resolve the issue and a more accurate fix may be on its way soon.
