Singer, Shaffer Chimere Smith, popularly known by his stage name Ne-Yo, shared interesting details with People about his NBC “World of Dance” co-judge. This also included their frequent pizza parties at the home of Jennifer Lopez.

“We hung out a couple times at J Lo’s home,” Ne-Yo said. He further added that the place was so big that it was sometimes embarrassing for him and other cast members. They also often used to have pizza parties.

“She lives on a literal compound. That’s where I realized just how much J. Lo can eat,” Ne-Yo said. According to him, she is a prolific snacker and champion eater and she could finish a half box of pizza by herself. Then he jokingly said that no one would ever know by looking at her and she would work out like a beast.

The beautiful singer and actress, Lopez is no stranger to the art of dance. She previously acquired her first high-profile job as a Fly Girl dancer in 1991 on “In Living Color.” She is also highly known for her onstage energetic shows, as reported by Time.

Now, the question is what sort of diet Lopez takes regularly to keep fit and healthy. Remember that she is highly fond of boxing, biking, and running, and does regular physical exercises. This is one of the main reasons why she looks very young.

Lopez usually takes Greek yogurt, cinnamon, strawberries, fresh lemon juice, and blueberries for breakfast. She is also fond of eating salad with queso and plenty of vegetables, with a small amount of extra-virgin olive oil during lunch. She is also fond of meat and soya, as she believes protein helps the body to fight aging and repairing dry cells.
