The “Zookeeper” actor has disclosed the secret of his diet for his preparation for the third “Rocky” movie. He said that that it was so intense and there was so much pressure, that he had to do handstands during breaks to get blood flowing back into the head. His diet was full of extremely high protein, which left him lacking physical and mental energy.

According to News.com.au, the diet of Sylvester Stallone consisted of brown rice, tuna, small oatmeal cookies, and 25 cups of coffee with honey.
