Lady Gaga recently wrapped up headlining a fashion-obsessed music festival, Coachella in Apr. and audiences still remember her killing the Super Bowl performance. There was an interesting buzz about Laga Gaga’s diet that she was eating to prep for her big moment in the spotlight. She was actually eating nothing but only champagne and sushi, as reported by Bravo TV.

Lady Gaga’s Diet Includes Quinoa, Added Heavy Nutrient And Fiber

The childhood friend of Gaga, Bo O’Connor, who served as personal chef for “Born This Way” singer on her last tour, disclosed what Gaga usually eats while she is on tour. According to O’Connor, Gaga’s diet includes quinoa, a healthy turkey burger with sweet potato fries, added with salads.

Apart from it, the diet of Gaga also includes plenty of nutrients and fiber to ensure that the 31-year old singer feels healthy and energetic throughout her busy schedule. O’Connor shared that her typical meal includes something like quinoa, added with black beans, beautiful veggies, and grilled shrimp, Mail Online reported.

Salad Is Important In Gaga’s Diet To Restrict Ageing

O’Connor also said that Lady Gaga’s diet compulsorily includes a good amount of salads during lunch and dinner to make sure that she does not gain weight. However, the salads changes, as she does not take the same kind every day.

When O’Connor accompanied Lady Gaga in visiting Tokyo, her diet consisted of mainly fruits. They both were almost insane to have amazing fruits in Japan.
