The world wide web went wild, since the outlet released the colorful drink few days ago. The Starbucks Unicorn Frappuccino caught everyone's attention, including the health and fitness industry.

Starbucks Unicorn Frappucino Nutrition Values

The well-known coffee chain just made the dreams of unicorn lovers come true. Netizens have been posting photos featuring the pink and purple concoction.

Inspired by the galaxy-like theme, it includes a sweet, fruity and sour flavor with "whipped cream-sprinkled pink and blue fairy powders." The beverage is a cream-based Frappuccino that doesn't have any caffeine in it.

Some of the notable ingredients are frappuccino syrup, whipped cream, mango syrup, blue drizzle, pink powder, and sour blue powder. The official website said that the 16 oz. or Grande size of Starbucks Unicorn Frappuccino includes at least 410 calories, 16 grams of fat, and 59 grams of sugar.

Unfortunately, the high sugar content of the ingredients has alerted nutritionists, fitness gurus, and health experts. According to reports, the said Frapp contains sugar that is twice the amount of the needed daily serving per day.

Fortunately, people may do a certain workout to burn off the calories after drinking the Starbucks Unicorn Frappuccino. Trainer Peter O'Donnel said “You can work out every day, but it’s important to be reminded that exercise doesn’t take the place of a bad diet." He added, "But nutrition and fitness go hand-in-hand - both need to be intact in order to really lead a healthy lifestyle.”
