Meanwhile, Jake (Andy Samberg) and Rosa (Stephanie Beatriz) will have TV-inception moment with their favorite actor, Mark Deveraux. The two will then have a chance work with him in the case. Their mission is to solve the case of a missing laptop at the set of "Serve & Protect."

Nathan Fillion Goes On Full "Castle" Mode As Mark Deveraux

"Castle" actor, Nathan Fillion goes back to his crime-procedural roots to play the role of Mark. His character thinks he is capable of doing detective works in a real-life scenario.

According to show creator Dan Goor, both Jake and Mark have the chance to blur the lines between fiction and reality. Viewers should even watch out for terrible catch phrases from Jake and Mark's fake police work methods. However, their partnership might have some problems along the way.

“This is Jake’s dream assignment,” Goor said in another interview. “The only thing he likes more than being a cop is movies and TV shows about cops, so when he gets to dive into that world, his head explodes."
