‘American Horror Story’ Season 7 Adds Billie Lourd & Evan Peters; Inspired By US Presidential Elections

Billie Lourd has joined the cast of anthology horror television series, “American Horror Story” Season 7. She will star opposite franchise mainstay, Sarah Paulson in the upcoming episodes of season 7. The 24-year old Lourd is known for her role in “Scream Queens.”

Apart from “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” and “Star Wars: The Last Jedi,” actress Billie Lourd, Evan Peters has also joined the cast of “American Horror Story” Season 7 with Billy Eichner, among other new actors, as reported by Reality TV World.

Fans should remember that “American Horror Story” Season 7 is going to be based on 2016 United States presidential election although Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump won’t be seen on the show’s ballet. Actually, the season is said to commence the day just after the election. The theme of the series have always been allegories, hence viewers won’t be able to see Clinton and Trump as characters on this highly-anticipated FX series.

Storyline For Season 7 Still Under Wraps

As far as the plot of “American Horror Story” Season 7 is concerned, no such detailed information is available presently as everything is kept under wraps. But the series creator and executive producer, Ryan Murphy earlier said to the media that the kind of project he is dealing with will undoubtedly “illuminate and highlight people who don’t have a voice in our culture - people who are ignored by the current administration and who are afraid and feel terrorized that their lives are going to be taken away,” Deccan Chronicle reports.

Although the official release date of “American Horror Story” Season 7 is yet to be confirmed, reports suggested that the series is expected to hit the small screens in Oct. this year.
