Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have been reportedly dating for quite a while now, however, the two have not confirmed nor denied the relationship reports. Yet, insiders spotted the alleged couple having a romantic dinner, which is probably their way to admit their relationship.

According to AOL, Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are reportedly in a serious relationship. The alleged couple was spotted on a dinner date last Sunday in the East Village in New York City.

A photo of the reported pair was uploaded on Instagram by a celebrity blog called, Fameolous. The two were seen sitting close to each other at a corner table. Holmes was seen wearing her hair in a ponytail, with glasses paired with a black coat, while Foxx was seen wearing glasses and a hat.

"In today's world a lot of celebrities probably shield their children from the tabloids; in my household we know what they print is not true, so we do not pay attention," Holmes revealed. "There are more important things. To experience something so publicly and privately is a lot for a person to go through. You cannot control that."

E! Online reported that the actress has never confirmed that she is dating anyone, but she has always been open that she loves her daughter and that she is her priority. Holmes and Tom Cruise are reportedly not in good terms.

"My child is the most important person to me, and her upbringing is paramount to my work right now," the "Jack and Jill" actress said in a previous interview. "It is very important that I'm present and she has a stable, innocent childhood. I feel so blessed to do what I do, but there's nothing better in the world than watching your child succeed."
