Leaked Clip For "The Defenders" Shows Main Cast And Matt Murdoch On Location

A video clip for Marvel's "The Defenders" has been leaked, which shows the vigilante in his full Daredevil gear. It also showcased the entire main cast of the show including Luke Cage (Mike Colter), Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), Colleen Wing (Jessica Henwick), Claire Temple (Rosario Dawson), and Danny Rand (Finn Jones).

It seems that the filming was taking place in a building in New York City. The clip unfolds the chaos on the streets of NYC. The video's audio was muted, similar to the the one which was leaked last week.

Content Of "The Defenders" Leaked Video

According to a report published in Comic Book, the clip featured Luke Cage carrying a duffle bag. However, it was not known what was inside the bag. Meanwhile, Colleen Wing is seen staring at a large piece of paper, which could be a blueprint.

After Colleen goes through the paper's contents, she carries it to an elevated place, which is surrounded by some of the other characters. Chaos can be felt and an air of suspense seems to hang around.

Before things get clear, police lights are visible and the crowd starts dispersing. The group is then seen going back to their designated places to repeat the entire thing all over again.

Release Date Of "The Defenders"

JPEG Loeb, the head of Marvel TV had something interesting to share way back in 2013. "The Defenders" has been Loeb's brainchild and he spoke about bringing together some of the lesser-known heroes of Marvel. According to Entertainment Weekly, Loeb said, "The Defenders didn't have a 'D' on their belt buckled and a Defenders Tower."

"The Defenders" Season 1 will have eight episodes in total. As of date, the exact release of the show is not known yet. It will be exclusively streamed on Netflix.
