Emily Blunt and John Krasinski will join the list of the few real life couples to work together onscreen. The pair will debut for a new collaboration, which is expected to be a thriller directed by Krasinski himself. So this time along, he will not only share screen space with his wife but also direct her.

Emily Blunt And John Krasinski To Star In Supernatural Thriller

The married couple will star opposite one another in a supernatural thriller titled, "A Quiet Place," reports E! Online. This will not be the first time for Emily Blunt and John Krasinski to come together for a movie. Previously, the couple starred in "The Muppets" 2011 movie but they did not share screen space.

Incidentally, Emily Blunt and John Krasinski has also voice-acted together for two animated flicks, "The Wind Rises" and "Animal Cracker." The latter will release in Sept. this year.

According to the source, the movie is all about a family being terrorized by an unidentified evil. It is set in a farm and will be totally different from what Emily Blunt and John Krasinski did previously.

Incidentally, Krasinski will be directing his wife for the first time but this will be his third attempt behind the camera. The 37-year-old Krasinski is also co-writing the script for the thriller.

According to W Magazine, "A Quiet Place" is not the first screenwriting venture of Krasinski. He has previously written scripts for TV shows "Brief Interviews With Hideous Men" and "Promised Land."

Krasinski Eager To Direct Blunt

According to the actor, he would love to direct his wife. Previously, he had said that he would love to rather act with Blunt than direct her. He was not sure of the responsibility that came with both directing and acting. However, somehow, things must have worked well and fans are going to see Emily Blunt and John Krasinski together in a movie.
