A Michael Schumacher health update was expected to be revealed during a secret trial held recently. However, the judge ruled out any such compulsion for the family of Schumi, crushing hopes of fans who wanted to know more about the health of the Formula One driver. Moreover, the ex-manager of Schumi accused his family of hiding the truth from the public.

Michael Schumacher is one of the biggest names in F1 racing. The seven-time champion met an almost fatal accident while skiing in 2013. He suffered catastrophic head injuries during the accident, reports Daily Star.

Michael Schumacher Family Goes To Court Against Publication

According to the source, the family of Schumi has taken the German magazine, Bunte to court. The publication allegedly printed misguiding information related to the health of Schumacher, saying that he has been able to walk again.

Fans were hoping that the family of the champion driver will reveal some details related to the health of Michael Schumacher. However, now with the ruling of the court, there is no hope that the wife of Schumi or other members of his family will ever reveal the real condition of the racer.

The source added that Judge Simon Kafer has stated that the public is excluded from the trial, since the case is about the health condition of the patient. It means whatever will be discussed in court will never come out and fans will never know about it. The agent of Michael Schumacher, Sabine Kehm even stated that the assertion of the magazine that Schumi can walk again is not true, reports Express.

Schumacher Family Accused Of Hiding Truth

Interestingly, the deputy chief editor of Bunte, Tanja May was present in court to give the evidence during the Hamburg trial. Although, no one knows her statement in court, the German media is speculating that May must have taken enough care before reporting about Schumi's improved health condition.

The ex-manager of Michael Schumacher, Willi Weber has accused the family of the Formula One driver of hiding the truth about his condition. Incidentally, Weber guided Schumacher to win the Benetton and Ferrari titles. According to him, the Schumacher family is not telling the complete truth about the health of Schumi.
