Starz has recently some first-look photos for its "Outlander" Season 3. Going through these pictures, fans can have a fair idea about how life will be treating Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe) after they are separated.

New Teaser Pictures Of "Outlander" Season 3 Show What Lies Ahead For Jamie And Claire

One of the pictures shows Claire with Frank (Tobias Menzies), her first husband after she returned to the present (in 1948). The image indicates that Claire started a family and even had a child.

A second "Outlander" picture shows Claire walking - overlooking the fact that an ocean of dead bodies, who lost their lives in a war, surrounds her. There are other pictures that show Jamie taking part in a battle.

In one of such photos, he is seen attacking his foes with a troop of soldiers following him. There is another picture where he is spotted in attack mode. As discussed in the past, season 3 will cover Jamie's struggles after the Battle of Culloden.

While it is quite difficult to recover from the after effects of a battle, it will be even more painful for Jamie to know that he would not see his true love again. But, it is an open secret now that Jamie and Claire will meet once again in a much-awaited reunion scene, The Christian Post noted.

Meanwhile, the 36-year-old Scottish actor looked dapper, as he appeared at the Emerald City Comicon in Washington. His fans went crazy, as Heughan stole their hearts dressed as a highlander, The Scottish Sun reported.

One of the actor's admirers even managed to take his photo and uploaded it on Twitter. Marciano M Mueller tweeted: "Thanks for the kilt twirl at ECCC, Sam!" Heughan arrived at the venue with his on-screen lover and co-star Balfe.

"Outlander" Season 3 will premiere in Sept. this year. At present, the production team is all set to shoot the scenes in South Africa for the remaining episodes.
