With last year's "Deadpool" being another success for Marvel, the studio was quick to greenlight a sequel. "Deadpool 2," that's now scheduled for a 2018 release. The movie is slated to begin filming this June, and with it comes news of new additions to the cast.

Ryan Reynolds announces the inclusion of "Atlanta" star, Zazie Beetz as Domino via Twitter. In addition, it seems that Deadpool himself is joining the "X-Men" spin-off called "X-Force."

According to the Hollywood Reporter, "Deadpool 2" star and co-producer Ryan Reynolds took to Twitter to share that "Atlanta" star, Zazie Beetz will be joining the cast as Domino. The actress is best known for playing Vanessa in the Golden Globe Award-winning, Donald Glover-created "Atlanta," which airs on FX. Beetz will play the role of Neena Thurman A.K.A. Domino, who is part of the band of Deadpool and Cable.

Who Is Playing The Role Of Cable?

Speaking of Cable, we recently reported how "Stranger Things" star David Harbour is in the running to play the character in "Deadpool 2." In fact, the actor has already screen tested with Reynolds himsef. As Ryan Reynolds announces addition of "Atlanta" star Zazie Beetz as Domino, fans are speculating on who else will join the highly anticipated "Deadpool 2," as well as the "X-Men" spin-off "X-Force."

"X-Force" Spin-off Updates

According to Digital Spy, both Deadpool and Cable will be part of the "X-Force" spin-off, which has yet to see a release date. However, series writer and producer Simon Kinberg did shed light on the project, sharing that "X-Force" is "like the black ops of the X-Men" because they are "much darker and have an R-rated decibel."

If "Deadpool 2" characters Deadpool and Cable indeed make it to "X-Force," this will be the first time they will be featured together in an "X-Force" production. "Deadpool 2" is slated to arrive in 2018.
