The 89th Film Academy Awards was held last Feb. 27. As we all know it was star-studded. But one of the highlights of the gigantic occasion on Hollywood was the hilarious hosting stint of TV personality Jimmy Kimmel.

A group of reported tourists on a Hollywood celebrity journey got the surprise if their lives with a veritable front-row pass to the Oscars on Sunday night. Throughout the presentation, host Jimmy Kimmel told the public that he would be leading a group of credulous travelers into the Dolby Theatre, where the awards night is happening.

Gary, one of the tourists from Chicago was there with his soon-to-be wife and took photos with the actor Mahershala Ali, who won an Oscar for his performance in "Moonlight". This is according to the report from ABC.

Meanwhile, Gary also had the chance to mingle with the stars, especially with actress Nicole Kidman because Kimmel introduced Gary to the stunning actress. He even had the chance to kiss Nicole Kidman's hand. Gary's fiancee Vicky, on the other hand, met the dashing debonair Denzel Washington, in which the actor jokingly officiated a wedding for them, per Yahoo!.
