Big things are coming in the second season of AMC's "Preacher". There is little doubt that there will still be plenty of yuks and yucks even though Jesse, Tulip and Cassidy have already left Annville. After all, Dominic Cooper confirmed this when he announced that "Preacher" Season 2 has started production with a bloody set photo.

But did Dominic Cooper's set photo also confirm that one character will be playing a larger role in "Preacher" Season 2? There are speculations that the guts on the road might be a result of Jesse's first real encounter with the Saint of Killers. Could Graham McTavish's bounty killer find the trio while they are on the road?

Fans rejoiced when Dominic Cooper shared the grisly "Preacher" set photo on Twitter along with the caption, "Season 2 begins." Interestingly, some were happy to note that the body part doesn't belong to Jesse since Cooper's distinctive boots are in the picture. However, it also had a few wondering whether the "Preacher" Season 2 image shows off the handiwork on the Saint of Killers.

The Saint of Killers certainly showed up a lot in the first season of the AMC show, but Graham McTavish's character never really played a larger role in the main storyline. However, the bounty hunter is expected to show off his powers as he goes after Dominic Cooper's Jesse in "Preacher" Season 2. Fans can certainly expect to see more of McTavish in the second season now that the Scottish actor is no longer committed to "Outlander" Season 3. His character Dougal MacKenzie was killed off in the Starz show's previous season finale.

There is no word yet on the "Preacher" Season 2 air date. Nevertheless, fans are looking forward to seeing more of Jesse, Cassidy, Tulip and the Saint of Killers sometime in late summer.
