One of the latest products featured in the venue is the Sap on Tap. The product is derived from maple trees' sap from farms located in the Northeast. This product aims to tap the water and coconut water market for beverages.

The product is described as a clear and slightly sweet liquid that has low sugar content and high amount of manganese. However, some are skeptical about the future of the product due to climate change, that threatens the product's main source of raw material, maple trees.

Wine sticks were also showcased at the venue. The Sweetery Company, the name behind the wine sticks treats presented several pairings for wine. It comes in chocolate, biscotti and apple flavors.

The food show in San Francisco has always been a venue for breakthrough food products for the past years, as reported by Business Insider. The Bay Area is also popular for products like the Nootrobox, avocado toasts and hip breakfasts stops.
