'Overwatch' News & Update: Blizzard Confirms Changes For Bastion Arriving To PTR Soon

Blizzard's "Overwatch" launched last year to massively positive reviews from both critics and gamers alike. It even reaped several awards last year, including several from the Game Awards 2016 ceremony. In keeping up with the status of the game as one of today's most popular, Blizzard continues to make improvements on the multiplayer first-person shooter. The latest news surrounding the game is that Blizzard confirms changes for Bastion arriving to PTR soon.

According to VG247, "Overwatch" principal designer Geoff Goodman previously took to the Blizzard forum to share that he was "working on some changes" for Bastion. He didn't delve into details at the time, but fans can now find out what changes he's bringing to the character.

Now that Blizzard confirms changes for Bastion arriving to PTR soon, gamers can now know that there will be some changes to Bastion's Recon Mode, Sentry Mode and Self-Repair. First of all, "Overwatch" gamers should know that Bastion's Recon Mode has been adjusted to lower spread and increase magazine size. The Sentry Mode is also being tested out to increase spread and removing headshots, but taking less damage while the character transformed.

Additionally, Bastion's Self-Repair can now be used while moving without any interruptions. Now that Blizzard confirms changes for Bastion arriving to PTR soon, it seems that there are more awesome things coming to the game very soon. According to GameSpot, the Blizzard team is currently busy working on the changes with Bastion and are hoping to see a PTR build coming soon to "Overwatch."

While there's no date set in stone yet, gamers are encouraged to stay tuned for any updates.
