One of this year's most highly anticipated releases is Ubisoft's "For Honor," the newest hack and slash game that's geared up to arrive on Valentine's Day. The studio recently held a closed beta, in which the three main factions went up against each other.

According to Game Rant, a leak via an email involving the Switch Prime service revealed Ubisoft's open beta launching February 9. This open beta will enable gamers to get their hands on the three factions of "For Honor." According to the email, gamers can "pledge your sword to the Knights, Vikings, or Samurai, then fight for your faction alongside your favorite generals!" That's not the only thing to look forward to before the "For Honor" launch on February 14, though.

As the leak reveals Ubisoft's open beta launching February 9, "For Honor" gamers should know that the open beta will last until February 12 only. But that's not the only thing to look forward to. In fact, gamers are encouraged to tune into twitch.tv/ubisoft on February 7 for a special "For Honor" event. In it, the studio is featuring celebrity guests who will play as 12 generals, with four players from every faction.

According to VG247, Twitch Prime subscribers can also receive in-game bonuses for "For Honor" on Valentine's Day. Such goodies include a champion status that will last for 10 days. Gamers will also receive a bonus to currency and XP earn rate, as well as exclusive emblem.
