WWE 2017 Latest News & Update: Roman Reigns Adding More Moves To Arsenal, Credits Goldberg

Roman Reigns is one of the main protagonists at the Royal Rumble 2017 this coming Sunday with no word on how things will end up for him. His stature continues to be afloat with the WWE Universe still not sold on accepting him as the future of the company.

Regardless, Reigns is expected to continue to try and establish himself despite criticism that he is indestructible. Interesting to see is what lies ahead if he crosses paths with someone armed with a ‘Spear’ finisher, Bill Goldberg. Both came face to face with a previous episode of WWE Raw. They teamed up to deliver a double-spear to Braun Strowman in what could be something both talked about prior.

Speaking to Cheap Heat Podcast, Roman Reigns revealed how he got some tips from Goldberg. That included some moves which he could eventually factor in as his WWE career moves forward. He admits that there is a big difference in the spear finisher he and Goldberg execute, adding that the difference depends on the one doing them.

He goes on to add how Goldberg may stay longer and that sharing those new moves could be something the former WCW/WWE champion would regret. Either way, Reigns appreciates the tips which can hopefully offer a new dimension of the “Big Dog”. He didn’t get into specifics, but admit they will be put to good use, hopefully, something that WWE fans would appreciate.

Aside from that, he also mentioned that he looked up to Brett Hart over Shawn Michaels. The difference is in the style of the “Hitman” and “Heartbreak Kid”, emphasizing how the former loved to get it on with his opponents, Wrestling Inc. reported. Looking through his WWE career, Reigns has never backed down or run from anyone. He will show all that once more against multiple wrestlers when the Royal Rumble 2017 unfolds from the Alamodome in San Antonio this weekend.
