This week on "General Hospital," there will be several revelations that will change the lives of the characters forever. The latest "General Hospital" spoilers indicate that Anna recalls having a child with Valentin, a shocking revelation that will make viewers wonder what happened to the baby or if he or she has been around in their orbit all along. Another revelation this week is that Nelle might be Carly's real daughter.

According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, the "General Hospital" spoilers this week focuses on how Anna recalls having a child with Valentin. Now that her memory is coming back to her, she remembers having a torrid affair with Valentin. Of course, she believes that what happened between them was non-consensual, but Valentin may beg to differ.

What's even more interesting is her flashback to when Valentin attacked her. The question in the minds of "General Hospital" fans now is, what really happened between Valentin and Anna? Did their affair spawn a child? The clues indicate that the answer is yes, because when Anna heard a lullaby, she had some sort of epiphany that's possibly linked to a memory she had of having a child.

The question now is, who is the baby of Anna and Valentin, and would it be possible that the now grown person is just in their orbit? According to a separate report from Celebrity Dirty Laundry, this week's "General Hospital" spoilers also indicate that Nelle might be Carly's real daughter.

Bobbie continues to be suspicious of Nelle and may come across the rattle, which is a clue to Nelle's real identity. If Nelle might be Carly's real daughter, that would mean that she is Michael's sister. However, Michael is now too deep in love with Nelle, which may pose a problem when the truth is revealed.
