One of the best television arrivals of 2016 was Dan Fogelman's "This is Us," which debuted on NBC back in October. The show brought together a stellar cast in Milo Ventimiglia, Mandy Moore, Justin Hartley, Chrissy Metz, and the award-winning Sterling K. Brown. The show immediately gained a Kleenex-clutching following and most recently has earned two more seasons from the network.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, "This is Us" was renewed for not one but two more seasons. This is considered an early renewal, as the show has six more episodes of its freshman season to air on NBC. The sweet announcement was made public during the Television Critics Association's winter press tour, which of course fans received warmly.

NBC executive Jennifer Salke admitted that the show is one of the best in the TV drama landscape right now. One of the most likeable things about "This is Us" is the marriage of Rebecca (Mandy Moore) and Jack (Milo Ventimiglia), which of course fans know will change in the future, when Rebecca ends up with Jack's best friend, Miguel (Jon Huertas).

While some fans are seeing Miguel as the villain in the series, some believe that there's more to the story than him just being a sneaky friend. Some have theorized that Jack dies at some point in the story, but what most don't know is just how deep the brotherhood of Jack and Miguel is.

According to ET Online, Ventimiglia hinted at just how close Jack and Miguel are, even before Jack met Rebecca and how it may have changed when she came ito the picture. Moore also hinted at a revelation in the upcoming episode that will make viewers possibly and finally fall in love with Miguel. Tune in on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on NBC for "This is Us," and be glad that NBC ordered two more seasons.
