There's only a month to go before Ubisoft's newest hack and slash game hits retailers and gamers are already itching to check out what else is in store for the game. The latest news surrounding the upcoming game is that information for the game's Season Pass was published and quickly taken down by Ubisoft. The information indicates that the Season Pass may feature premium characters. But the question now is, why did Ubisoft take down the announcement?

According to VG247, Ubisoft had uploaded a listing that indicated the details of a Season Pass. This was immediately taken down, but not before some fans took screenshots. The "For Honor" Season Pass, according to the listing, will include a one week early access to as much as six new warriors. There will also be early access to new content, which may be in the form of maps and modes.

The report also indicates that the "For Honor" Season Pass may also include an exclusive "sunbeam" emote for all 12 warriors, an exclusive emblem, and three scavenger crates. Gamers will also be granted Champion status for 30 days. GameSpot reports that there's no price tag attached to the "For Honor" Season Pass just yet, but it may come with the Gold Edition of the game, which costs $100.

"For Honor" is set to arrive on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on February 14. This January 26, however, select gamers can get a hand in the game as Ubisoft is holding a beta for all platforms. "For Honor" is produced by Stephane Cardin and directed by Jason VandenBerghe. To keep up with the latest on "For Honor," make sure to bookmark this page. Check out the trailer below for more.
