"Taboo", the new miniseries from FX, will air earlier than the expected January 10, 2017 release date. BBC One is reportedly airing Taboo three days in advance, on January 7, 2017.

"Taboo", the new miniseries from FX. Taboo is a new drama miniseries from FX consisting of 8 episodes. It is set in the 1800's and centers on James Keziah Delaney, a man thought to have died in Africa but has come back to London to reclaim what is left of his father's shipping empire, already full of conspiracies and poisoned by murder and treachery.

Playing James Keziah Delany is none other than Hollywood A-lister Tom Hardy. Tom Hardy is world-famous for his roles in acclaimed director Christopher Nolan's Inception and Dark Knight Rises and Mad Max: Fury Road from director George Miller.

The public first came to know of Taboo when its first trailer was released back in February earlier this year. In that trailer we all saw a hardened Tom Hardy out for vengeance and that whatever the reason was for killing him hasn't worked out at all for the perpetrators.

Viewers should expect Taboo to be a visual spectacle with an amazingly engaging story. Reportedly, more than a year's work has gone into it.

Rounding out the cast are David Hyman, Michael Kelly, and Jonathan Pryce. Oona Chaplin, Charlie Chaplin's grand daughter, is also part of Taboo's cast.

Taboo is executive produced by Ridley Scott of Alien fame. Steven Knight along with Tom Hardy and his very own father, Chips Hardy, helped create this wonderful world that is Taboo.

As reported, viewers from the United Kingdom should rejoice as BBC One will be airing Taboo three days in advance. The United States crowd will have its taste of Taboo on January 10, 2017 on FX as first announced.
