New York Giants' Janoris Jenkins Lashed Out At Cleveland Browns' Terrelle Pryor On Twitter

On Sunday afternoon the New York football Giants (8-3) defeated the Cleveland Browns (0-12) by a 27-13 score. The contest at First Energy Stadium was ugly. It was a game where the G-men punted nine times. All throughout the day the offense was mostly out of sync. On the other hand, more was concerning the ability of Browns' wideout Terrelle Pryor to torch the giants' secondary.

Before the face-off, last Sunday, Janoris Jenkins and Terrelle Pryor already had a small beef. It later escalated after the game on twitter. Since he was obviously perturbed after the game, Janoris Jenkins took his smartphone out and spewed on his twitter account. Jenkins' twitter message was inaccurate and inappropriate as well.

On the afternoon, Pryor had six catches for 131 receiving yards. That number though could have been higher as Pryor was targeted for 12 times. Jenkins stated that Pryor was not a significant match up. Some of the six misses that happened were courtesy of the passer including the running back Duke Johnson's overthrow.

Jenkins twitter message so far was really unbecoming of an NFL player. He sounded like sixth-grade garbage according to Gmenhq. It was either Jenkins came to his sense or the Giants' PR advised him to take it down. On the other hand, Pryor replied responsibly through twitter as well he stated that Jenkins was a great corner and a solid defender he also wished him well for the rest of the year.

Ooyuz reported that Jenkins and company brought most of the ill will on themselves last week according to NBC's Pro football talk. He was also asked if he thought covering Pryor would be a big challenge and he answered "No" since he is another receiver and he is just big. The browns responded on the said quote on twitter by saying talk is talk, and they hoped to let his play do the talking instead.
