'Overwatch' gamers can now enjoy another free weekend of playing on PC, Xbox and PS4 from Nov. 18 to Nov. 21. This has been a regular occurrence now where Bizzard announces free weekend play for the game. Gamers can start their journey as one of the Overwatch heroes and play against players who are playing along.

Features available in the Free Play

"Overwatch gamers can try out the massively popular multiplayer shooter and perhaps finally join its thriving player base right afterward." Announced Bizzard.

All the 22 heroes excluding the newest hero: Sombra and all the 13 maps will be made available for free in various modes with the exception of Competitive gaming. Sombra the new hero available on Public Test Region in PC, will not be there for play during the free weekend.

Bizzard includes New mods for first time players

New play mods like Quick play and custom games will allow new players to enjoy the newest Weekly Brawl. Adding to these players can also customize their gaming experience with the new customization options, loot boxes and level-up access.

System memory requirements

The memory requirement for the free weekend version is around 12 GB and players will require PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live Gold to participate on consoles. However, though players can level-up in the game, they cannot take any Trophies and Achievements during the free weekend as Bizzard has disabled the option.

Free play availability period

The time of free play availability is as follows; the free period starts on Nov. 18 2 p.m. EST (11 a.m. PST) and ends on Nov.21 1 p.m. EST (4 p.m PST) in all playing regions.

Players need to make sure that they purchase the game with the same PSN, Xbox Live, or Battle.net account to continue playing and the discounts for the purchase have not been announced.
