'Battlefield 1' News And Rumors: More Maps Incoming?

Battlefield 1 has captured hearts and minds of people all over the world since the October release. The game set at World War I period is enjoying millions of shipments and rave reviews. The game received a 9/10 rating on IGN and many perfect scores from other reviewers as well.

Battlefield's 1 strengths are its immersive storyline, powerful graphics, massive multiplayer, and great shooting mechanics amidst the period of World War I. The game also boasts a sensitive element, as it shows real names of soldiers as well as shell shock and fear among soldiers.

Electronic Arts and DICE are looking to improve the game further, and players can expect major changes to the game in the form of updates and features. The game will become more polished as it becomes older, and would provide a gratifying experience.

Players will be looking out for updates this month, and DICE will provide. Firstly, the company will be providing a Rent-A-Server program, custom game and matchmaking tweaks.

Gamers should also become excited for November 16th, as the game will be bringing a celebration "Battlefest" that would be lasting for up to a week. In Battlefest, players can expect to be introduced to "Fog of War", its very first custom game. The game would be working on a revamped Team Deathmatch experience where the players would have limited visibility in fog.

There will be changes to Battlefield 1 Maps as well, as there are talks about major tweaks to the Suez map in Conquest. This will be done to provide a lot more balance and to accommodate five flags. There will also be a reduction in the capture area size and one armored vehicle would be added to each team's base.

There can also be an early holiday gift from the franchise. "Giant's Shadow" is yet another promising map which would be coming to Battlefield 1 multiplayer in December.
