‘Vikings’ Season 4 Teaser Sneak Peek Reveals An Aging Ragnar

The second half of 'Vikings' Season 4 is all set to begin on Nov. 30 on History. Much has been talked about in anticipation of the new season, however, a teaser sneak peek released of 'Vikings' Season 4 Part 2 reveals a shockingly aging and humbled Ragnar.

The mini trailers were featured in a report by IGN that revealed glimpses of an old man, Ragnar, his brothers and Aslaug in a face off with Lagertha.

In the second part of Vikings Season 4, Ragnar Lothbrok (Travis Fimmel) will be portrayed being stripped of his honor and kingdom as Queen Aslaug (Alyssa Sutherland) usurped his throne in his absence, Entertainment Weekly reported. And joining the battle for the throne will be Ragnar's ex-wife, Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick).

In the teaser of Season 4 Part 2 of 'Vikings,' Ragnar is seen asking for forgiveness for all his faults and failures. It is quite a change in the character and look of Ragnar who otherwise in the previous seasons, has always been portrayed a strong King. Speculations on the coming season of 'Vikings' have strongly suggested that Ragnar would be going to war against his own family which justifies his old, withered self in the released teaser.

The teasers also feature other key characters. Floki (Gustaf Skarsgard) appears to have a changed perspective, Rollo (Clive Standen) seems to be in a conflicted state and a big power struggle is laid out between Lagertha and Aslaug. 'There can be only one queen,' announces the teaser featuring the tussle between Lagertha and Aslaug, who will vie for the throne and Ragnar's heart.

Speculations are adrift that Ragnar and Lagertha might rekindle their romance once again in the second half of Season 4. But will Lagertha be able to forgive Ragnar for cheating on her with Aslaug and claim the throne and Ragnar after all?
