The release of another MacBook pro is around the corner and Apple has rightfully managed to increase the hype surrounding the new laptop. What can we expect in the new MacBook Pro?

For starters, Apple has increased the price of the Macbook to $1799 for the 13" model. Apple showcased three different models of the new laptop priced at $1499 and $2399 for the 13" base model and the 15" model.

Earlier this week it leaked the MacBook Pro photographs showing a second OLED display at the top of the keyboard, which would serve as a touch sensitive toolbar.

Apple always has been leading the technology segment with small but intuitive cosmetic changes, and this time around it's no different either. The "magic bar" which is a touch sensitive toolbar, replaces the function keys that are found atop a keyboard.

The feature rich touch bar is adaptive, and the functions available on the touch bar changes according to the program that is being run. It also shows quick word suggestions, smileys and music controls including playback controls and volume controls. The touch bar also includes a fingerprint scanner which can be used to unlock the laptop or make seamless payments using Apple Pay.

Ever since the Surface Pro got released, Microsoft has been eating away at Apple's laptop sales, and this time around, they have come back with a design change that would surely attract potential buyers. Apple has a deep brand loyalty and upscaling the price of its products will not decrease the sales due to the new feature.

Apart from the new magic toolbar, the MacBook Pro comes with a 13.3 inch screen with a support for 5K external display, or two 4K displays. The screen is as usual a retina display and offers great colors.

The 13" MacBook Pro with TouchBar gets a fast 2.9GHz 6th generation dual core Intel Core i5 processor. The processor can be turbo boosted to a maximum of 3.3GHz. The laptop also comes with an 8gb 2133MHz RAM with 256GB PCIe based SSD1.

In the graphics department the MacBook Pro comes with Intel Iris Graphics 550, four ThunderBolt 3 ports and a TouchBar with TouchID.

With impressive specs under its hood, only time will tell how the MacBook Pro will be recieved among fans and users.
