Apple is all set to release its latest flagship product sometime soon, and as such, rumors are floating ablaze. It has also been rumored that the latest iPhone 7 will be released along with MacBook Pro.

Although there have been several rumors regarding Apple's upcoming flagship product, yet there is no specific confirmation about the MacBook Pro 2016.

MacRumors stressed on the most consistent rumor about the laptop - that it will boast a thinner but more functional design thanks to the addition of an OLED touch bar.

According to Ming-Chi Kuo, one of the most accurate Apple analysts, the next MacBook Pro will represent "the most significant upgrade ever taken by Apple".

It has also been rumored that a touch bar will be placed above the keyboard, replacing the physical function keys. By using the touch screen, the laptop can change the button specifics, and the bar could be used to act as a dedicated control for apps.

The next laptop will also be more speedy and efficient because of the sixth generation Skylake processors, says TechRadar.

Kuo has also shared information with 9to5Mac claiming the MacBook Pro will get Apple's biometric scanning system.

Users of recent iPhones or iPads already know touch ID. It uses fingerprint scanning to add a new layer of security for potentially sensitive actions, such as payments.

It has also been speculated that the trackpad of apple would be stylus friendly and much larger compared to the one fitted on the current version of MacBook Pro. This, in turn, could make it a favorite among the Mac users.

As for the release date, there has been no official confirmation from Apple regarding the same. However, it is speculated that it will be definitely by the end of this year, although the exact date cannot be predicted before its launch.
