Kojima Productions Mysterious Mascot: Ludens

When Kojima Productions unveiled the first full-body image of Ludens last month, fans were speculating that the mascot is a half-human, skeleton hybrid. However, upon closer inspection it became clear that Ludens was only wearing an EVA suit with a skull mask, CNET reported. Before this revelation, many people also thought that Ludens is a new character in Hideo Kojima's upcoming new game.

In the closer image provided by Kojima Productions, the writings of the photo bear the words: "I'll Keep Coming." It is unknown yet if this is the official tagline of the gaming company. When what the image means, Kojima Productions apparently said that it is left to the onlookers' imaginations, IGN noted.

For those who are still hoping that Ludens is part of Kojima's new game, Kojima Productions producer Kenichiro Imaizumi confirmed that Ludens is not part of the game. He is not an image or a screenshot of the game at all, Game Spot shared.

According to the outlet, Kojima and his gaming company are hard at work at making their new action-adventure game for PS4 and PC. There are no details about the game yet, but Kojima assured that most action games fans will like it. However, they may have to play it first before they can understand the game.
