Developer Supercell has rolled out new "Clash of Clans" update which adds support for friendly challenges, new troops, baby dragons and more.

One of the most exciting new features is friendly challenges mode. The mode allows clan mates to attack each other without getting penalized. Players can use the mode to practice their war skills or improve their village without losing resources like gold or elixirs, trophies or troops, according to Movie News Guide.

The latest update also features two new troops- the Miners and Baby Dragons. The Baby Dragon will be unlockable for Clash of Clan players at Town Hall 9. They will have a special power mode boost which will be visible on screen by the dragon turning purple.

Players will need eight days to upgrade barracks to level 11 and $3 million elixirs in order to activate Baby Dragons. They will require 10 slots for housing space and 15,000 elixirs for the training.

The other new troop included in the "Clash of Clans" May update are Miner troops. The Miner troops will be unlockable at Town Hall 10. They will be able to burrow underneath defenses like walls and emerge next to their designated targets. Miners will not take damage while they are hidden underneath the ground, according to Gotta Be Mobile.

Two new spells called Skeleton Spell and Clone Spell are also added. Just as the name suggests, the Clone spell will clone any troop that enters the spell radius, but only for a short period. For now they appear to last 17 seconds, and start blinking when time gets over.

The Skeleton Spell, which comes live from Clash Royale, will spawn a small army of Skeletons anywhere on the map.  The update is detailed at the official blog of "Clash of Clans."

The latest "Clash of Clans" update can be installed on Android and iOS devices.
