Legendary rock band Bon Jovi's much anticipated new studio album titled "This House Is Not For Sale" has been scheduled for release in September 2016. The news was confirmed by Jon Bon Jovi during a solo show which was held on April 30 in Austin, Texas.

"The record is done," Jon Bon Jovi said in a YouTube video post of the event, according to Yibada. "The record is just being mixed now. I'm ecstatic with it for nothing else, out of pain great comes great songs. And I'm really, really happy with the record. I think we've got a fantastic representation of who we are at this time."

Bon Jovi's upcoming album "This House Is Not For Sale" will be the band's full studio album without former guitarist, Richie Sambora, who left the band in 2013.

Sambora was the co-writer of some of Bon Jovi popular hits including "Livin' on a Prayer," "You Give Love a Bad Name," "Bad Medicine," "Lay Your Hands on Me," "It's My Life" and more. The lead guitarist reportedly left the band so he could spend more time with his daughter.

The new album is also the band's first that is not under the label of Island Records to whom the band partnered with for over three decades. During a recent interview with CBS, the singer said he hasn't spoken with Sambora since he left the band as the later just stopped showing up.

"I haven't seen him in over three years. He just didn't show up for work anymore. And that's the truth of the matter," Bon Jovi said, according to Billboard. "And, you know, life goes on."

According to Kpopstarz, Sambora said in an interview with ABC News Radio that he has no problem in joining the band again.

"I am not ruling it out, because I think it would do it a lot for the fans there, because they were so important to us," the former Bon Jovi guitarist said. Bon Jovi band members claim that they went back to their roots to record "This House is Not For Sale."
