CD Projekt RED, developer of the popular gaming title "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt," has announced it is soon going to roll out the game's next expansion, "Blood and Wine." The DLC titled "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Blood and Wine" is scheduled to drop on May 31 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms. The developer has released a new teaser trailer featuring Geralt traveling to the new region of Touissant, according to Yibada.

 It is said that the upcoming DLC will offer over 30 hours of gameplay, over 90 new quests, 40 points of interest, 100 individual pieces of armor, more than 20 new monsters, new Dynamic points of interest and New Game+ maximum level increase to 100.

In addition, Geralt will also get a new "Grandmaster class" armor set as "Blood and Wine" will introduce a new armor merchant that can make these pieces of armor. Players will be able to change the color of their gear with armor dyes that can be obtained through merchants, recipes, or loot.

 "Blood and Wine make The Witcher 3 complete - it's Geralt's final mission. Containing more than 90 new quests, and over thirty hours of brand new adventures, it's something that I think gamers will remember for a long time," said Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, Game Director, CD Projekt RED, reported PC Authority.

 "There's also a massive amount of features we're giving gamers with this expansion like a dynamic Point of Interest system, a new Gwent deck, new endgame mutation mechanics, and even a place Geralt can call home.... And it's all happening in a new region as big as No Man's Land in the base game," Tomaszkiewicz added.

The "Blood and Wine" DLC will cost around $19.99. The DLC can also be bought as part of the Expansion Pass, which also contains "Hearts of Stone," the first expansion to "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt."

"The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" is currently available on the PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
