Sex is something that most couples would normally do but there lies the question on how long they can last. Of course there are some who would prefer to do it longer than others though it depends on how both or either can last through it.

Some may find it funny at first but the fact remains that sex varies. It somehow comes close to sports particularly in the area of fitness and stamina though not in the competitive sense. Sex would involve the aid of muscles and how fit a person is.

Crazy as it is to talk about for the ones reading this right now, the fact remains that there are things you can do to spice up your sex life adventures. If you are better off discussing such a private matter with a doctor then so be it. Overall however, these suggested tips come no less from doctors and specialists as well, meaning you are bound to come across them eventually.

For the ones who are not afraid to try them out, here are some exercise tips you can try out.

  1. Kegels. This uncanny exercise can help out men when it comes to toning and strengthening their pubococcygeus (PC) muscles. For those who are unaware, these muscles are the ones that help stop the flow of urine and the ones that support erectile rigidity. They are also behind the power of ejaculation. The goal here is to progressively increase the squeeze duration, intensity and number of reps until you tire. Work up to five-second squeezes, relaxing in between each contraction, for 10 to 20 reps.
  2. Doing the Plank Pose. For men who are normally on the top, it may be wise to get used to the position. The Plank Pose can help you out in that area, something that increase one’s endurance and stamina. Planks give your arms staying power for missionary or other on-top positions. They also strengthen your core, which helps to improve thrust and supports your back to prevent injury.
  3. Crunches. The back could bear the brunt in sex, depending on the position folks may find themselves in. With the aid of a medicine ball, a stronger core improves your thrusting ability and strengthens your back, which can often be injured during sex.
  4. Side-to-side lunges. For women, engaging in this exercise should help men find the G-spot in women. Such adds flexibility that stands to add more pleasure for women out there.
  5. Improved angles with the Hinge. Women who encounter problems to stimulate clitoris may want to try this exercise, something that helps teach them to angle their backs in the right way.
  6. The Gluteal Bridge. Strengthening those pelvic muscles should come in handy as well for women who want more and better positions during intercourse. Practice this by lifting the hips off the floor until the knees, hips, and shoulders are able to form a straight line.

Aside from exercises, there are other things that could help spice up sex life. That includes consultations with doctors, the food you eat, reducing stress and avoiding the vices like taking drugs or smoking.
