Zombies? Nukes? An apocalypse could come and we should be prepared. If you have extra money, you might want to buy a property that is for sale at Estately which is located at 123 Private Drive in Tifton, Georgia. The underground bunker is the only hardened and privately owned underground bunker in the United States today." It is about 45 feet underground.

The bunker has seven apartments, a fully-working Internet and a common-room with a 15-seat movie theater. It was originally built in 1969 and was brought to government standards in 2012. The underground bunkers can withstand a nuclear blast up to 20,000 tons. There are also decontamination showers and an outdoor firing range.

The underground property would cost up to $17.5 million. It is just a small price to pay if you want to survive the world but very luxurious for most who are scared of the apocalypse.

If you can manage to give a down payment of $3.5 million, the bunker will be fully paid for $66,000 per month for the next 30 years and you are fully safe from the apocalypse.

During the Cold War, bomb shelters were usually found in American basements and backyards. However, after the Cuban Missile Crisis, some homes were built with them. After a few years, many of these underground bunkers were converted into wine cellars, storm shelters, or storage rooms, so people may not even know what the room was originally for.

Even though wars and bombings have waned but the fears didn't. In the past decade, a number of "doomsday preppers" and other survivalists have begun building shelters to protect themselves against meteor strikes, extreme weather, global pandemics, nuclear war, political upheaval natural disasters, economic collapse, alien invasions, generally anarchy, a zombie apocalypse, the end of days, and other doomsday scenarios.

If you don't have any moolah to buy a bunker, you better start to chummy up the owners so that you have a place to stay when the apocalypse comes.
