Being insecure about sex is a common tendency, especially among men. If you are one of those men who is concerned about the performance in bed, we've got some tips for you.

Here are few little-known things that may actually help you last longer in bed:

Bigger belly

According to a study published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine, the bigger the belly, the better the lover. The study found that overweight men with obvious bellies lasted an average of 7.3 minutes compared to their thinner counterparts who could barely make it to two minutes.

Adult circumcision

A study published in the journal Adult Urology found that circumcised men took "significantly longer" to ejaculate after they got a circumcision in adulthood. This is advantageous rather than a complication, when it comes to lasting longer in bed.

Pelvic floor exercises

Pelvic floor exercises can treat men with lifelong premature ejaculation. In a recent study, presented at the European Congress of Urology in Stockholm, a small group of men aged 19-46 with an average ejaculation time of 31.7 seconds tried pelvic flood exercise for 3 months. At the end of the course, 33 out of 40 men were able to increase their ejaculation time to 146.2 seconds.

Vegetarian diet

Vegetarians are known for their stamina and energy in bed. A vegan diet, rich in fruit content, provides more sustainable energy. i.e, banana is rich in potassium, a nutrient that helps in sex-hormone production and boosts energy.

Viagra

Apart from treating erectile dysfunction, this 'magic pill' can also boost men's sexual performance.
