Almost all of the adult population in the world drinks coffee and who wouldn't. Its nice aroma perks you up in the morning to get you going and take on the daily tasks. But some people prefer to withdraw drinking coffee for some health reasons. Just like alcoholic beverages, drinking too much is not good for the health. Consuming large quantities of foods or drinks can have its toll on health like upset stomach, migraine, or uneasiness. It is a probiotic beverage which also consists of B vitamins, specifically B12 that increases the body's energy levels. Green Tea

Green tea is another popular Chinese beverage which contains about a third of the caffeine content of an instant coffee of the same amount. The catechin substance that it contains along with the antioxidants, combat and might even hinder cell deterioration.
